Did my first drop-in session and got such a HUGE welcome — not just from the coaches, but from the whole community. Coming from a CrossFit and soccer background, where half the sport is about the people around you, it felt amazing to step in and instantly get pulled right in. The coaches play a big part in setting that tone, but it’s the way they encourage that same energy among members that really makes the difference long-term. I’ll definitely be back!

Ronaldo is truly inspiring! I love how he demonstrates movements from beginner to advanced as it makes me see how much progress is possible. He’s always supportive, checks my technique, and corrects me when needed, which I really appreciate. Training with him is such a positive experience, and the whole team is really friendly and welcoming too ✨

Amazing gym with a great atmosphere in every class. Ronaldo will push you but cheer you on during the entire class so that you’re literally smiling through the pain :)
