When I first inquired about time and pricing, I was impressed with both. When it came to the date to pick up, they called and said they were not done yet, not even started. I understand things can come up, but the extreme lack of professionalism and manners directly from the owner was astonishing. I went to pick up my shirts and will never step foot in that unorganized business again.
