As a mature woman, I’ve had some unfortunate experiences when it comes to dealing with mechanics. This experience was different. My very first call to them was great. I felt heard. Their shop was clean and inviting and I just felt respected by each person I spoke with. I also liked the fact that they did not speak down to me. Some other places tried to make me feel stupid simply because I’m not a gearhead. It was a great experience and I will use them moving forward.
My daughter‘s air conditioner needed repair and A1 got us in and fixed up quickly. We really appreciated this as parents since we live out of state and our daughter goes to college at ORU.
