I called to have my new PCM programmed to my car Liz was very polite and professional told me everything to expect up front along with any things that could possibly go wrong. Took my car in and even though they were busy due to being closed the week before Liz did awesome and fit me in for service by the next morning and everything worked out great and all my issues were resolved would definitely recommend them to anyone for service
I had a great experience! They were thorough and transparent about what needed to be repaired and what was suggested. Prices are reasonable and the work was great. I was informed well and the option to be taken and picked up from home or work was an unexpected bonus. I highly recommend Level 1 Automotive.
