They had my car one day,had it diagnosed and fixed. Highly recommend!
Solved a problem 2 shops couldn't, including VW! Really great service and they offered to stay late in case I got stuck in traffic. Really stand up place.
Exceptionally kind employees HOWEVER they charged over $300 for inspection and report, then quoted a very high repair price (leading us to actually replace the car vs repair). We got a second opinion and found there to be no damage to the parts Level 1 noted. The issue was corrected for just $100. We requested even a partial refund of the $340 and they placed the burden on us to “prove it” in a variety of ways. We simply hoped for them to be at least fair.
Always the best experience with L1. Customer service is above and beyond. Wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else!
