They're more expensive but worth it because they make every attempt to do the job right the first time. I've taken vehicles here 3 times and every time I've been very happy with the service. Top quality.
Level 1 Automotive was a pleasure to do business with. They did what they said they would do, they did it for the price they estimated, they did it in the time frame promised and best of all, they communicated with me during the process. And they sent a ride service to pick me up and deliver me to their shop to pick up my truck. Professional folks who seem to care!
I have been dealing with an electrical issue, Check Engine Light, on my 2015 GMC Truck for well over a year. During that time a friend recommended a shop he has worked with. Ignore the review from J Thompson, he seems to think everything is gender related and that women should get free work. Tell you what J, why don't you go to school and get trained and do you work yourself! This shop went above and beyond to help you and you think a battery and plugs for just over $300 is a rip off? That's the most friendly price I've seen. If you are OK, don't fall for the people who believe everything should be free. This shop is amazing and shouldn't be forced to deal with people like J Thompson
