This is a great little shop. They took good care of my Prius and have a nice waiting area.
This a great shop. I brought my tacoma's rear axle shafts in to have the bearings changed. Not only did they have it done faster than they predicted, they took the time to explain to me how to re-install them properly including how to adjust the brakes afterwards. I've dealt with many different shops over the years across the country and very rarely have they been as helpful and generous with their knowledge as these guys. Overall just a really solid shop and great people!
Three mechanics + one dealership couldn't properly diagnose an issue with my transmission (even with a code!!!) & dealer suggested a $6,400 trans swap. I knew my '21 4Runner didn't need something that substantial, so I took it to CTR for a second opinion. Greg took the time to listen, research, and diagnose the issue -- one pesky solenoid that really shouldn't have gone bad on a car as new as mine.
