I was pleased to have L & W plumbing Solutions for the repair of a leaking water pipe. Despite an incorrect leak detection assessment by another company, Chris and his colleague successfully identified the actual leak location under driveway based on their expertise and the direction of water flow—three or four meters away from the misidentified spot. Great service all round. We are currently using Jake and the team for the plumbing for a couple of bathrooms and a kitchen and the service is top notch. Highly rate the communication and general suggestions for improvements on the original plan.

After I had a pipe burst late in the evening, I gave L & W Plumbing a call. This was by far the best experience I have ever had dealing with a plumbing company. Jake was super friendly over the phone and was here to help within the hour. Upon arrival Jake was super efficient in fixing and replacing the burst pipe with no hassle or dramas. Pricing was cheaper than expected which helped turn a negative experience into a positive one. I would absolutely recommend L&W above anyone else.

Jake installed a new hot water heater in my unit and did a very good, professional job. The workmanship was second to none, and the quick turnaround from reaching out to having the work completed was fantastic. Would happily use this company again for plumbing services.
