No such thing as zero stars . . . oh well. Go ANYWHERE else, these people are scammers. Bought an electric recliner couch and had an issue with the power supplies (2), dinky little parts that sell for like $12 elsewhere. They wanted $100 for each (so $200 total) to get my couch working again. I found ones that work from another supplier for $17 each but it took like 2 hours of looking. This place is the best! They have a huge selection of couches! John an Beth helped us find our new couch! They are super friendly very professional an made us feel very comfortable likee we were getting couches for family! I definitely recommend this place to anyone an everyone!

Crappy Service! Refused to provide to the owner/actual managers information to report their behavior& how they talk toward customers. Read all of your reviews... customers aren't lying about their experiences! You only making about 300K annual and I'm sure it could be higher if your staff knew how to speak to folks. However, they clearly do not and you'll be out of business sooner than later. You'd be better off hiring someone who actually cares about YOUR business... awful service.
