My SUV has soap on it after we came out of the car wash. When we opened our hatch there was soap all under it. The vacuums are poor quality here.
The employee that took my money for the carwash was so rude. He appeared annoyed that he had to do his job. The eye roll is what did it for me. Not to mention the bugs were still on my windshield after the wash. I will also say I wash my car about every two weeks so it's not that dirty. Waste of money for sure. Won't be back and no I won't email you to explain further. Terrible experience all the way around.

Best car wash around! Monthly membership is hassle free and I’ve never had to worry about my card info being charged incorrectly. The staff are super courteous and nice. They go out of their way to help and always have a smile to greet you. The actual car wash cleans thoroughly and has never scratched any of my vehicles. Love the free vacuums too! Best bang for your buck!
The services provided are what they are; a carwash. But the older man in the U.S. Airforce hat needs to chill. You are a marshaller at a carwash, not on a tarmac.
