I enjoyed Rachel on my last cleaning experience. She explained I need to use the water pik inside of mouth as well as outside. I appreciate the reminder. She was gentle on my cleaning and explained areas needed a little more work. I came out happy. I've had a bad experience where the hygienist had a heavy hand and I came out with a sore mouth.
I walked in for my appointment, and was promptly taken to a room. Everyone was courteous, and my hygienist was knowledgeable, and did an excellent job 👍 Dr. White is a real pro; she explains everything and addresses concerns in a way that is non-alarming. I have been going to L-Town dental since 2006, and highly recommend them 😊

I've been seeing Dr Laycock for years and the experience is always outstanding. From the friendliness and helpfulness of the office staff to the kindness and diligence of the hygienists to the warmth and skill of the doctors, L-Town is far and away the best dental practice I've ever used.
I had my initial appt today and was very pleased with all of my interactions! I was greeted with a chipper smile, my hygienist (Danielle) was efficient and personable, Dr. White has a great bedside manner, and the checkout process was seamless.
I like many others was very nervous about going to the dentist. Everyone there was really wonderful and considerate with not only my anxiety but also understanding of my financial concerns. I love Dr. White she was so easy going and down to earth and yet obviously very good at what she does. Danielle the hygienist was awesome too.
