Jen did a great job!
I was very pleased with my cleaning and exam yesterday. Jenny, my hygienist, was not only very warm and friendly but was thorough, knowledgeable and very gentle. I felt confident that Jenny and Dr. Laycock were providing me with the necessay preventive and restorative treatment.
I had need for a tooth repair. Scheduling was able to get me in within two days. They were helpful and considerate. The day of the repair I was greeted cordially. My needs were thoroughly assessed and the diagnosis and solution was efficiently implemented. I was treated with respect and felt that I had received excellent care to address my needs. My family has been seeing Dr. White and her staff for years, and it's about time I thank them for their efforts to make my oldest daughter feel comfortable. She has special needs, including physical and intellectual disabilities. Going to the dentist has always increased her anxiety level, but the staff, especially her hygienist, Jen, works so hard to make her comfortable while giving her a thorough cleaning and check up. What used to be the appointment we dreaded is now the appointment we can handle!
