Jen is always dedicated, professional, and pleasant in her service and care of the patients. She sets a high standard for others.
On my first visit as a new patient, I had x-rays and a full cleaning. I was attended by several members of the staff including the hygienist and one of the dental partners, Dr Haycock. They were all friendly and thorough. They used the latest imaging technology which gave them real time views to assess what needed to be done. The office appeared clean, modern and well-managed. I was happy to make my six month appointment for the next visit.
We are always happy with L-town. All went well and I would like to particularly thank the administrative staff again for being so helpful with my insurance changes, especially Lillian and Mary. I am always so glad to see Lilian at the desk. it was a little odd to have my cleaning after the polishing, but both Deanne and Steve did a great job and I understand the short staff that day. At my latest appointment I received excellent care.
First appointment with L-town Dental. I've had many dentists over the years, sad to say, but through all of these relationships, I have never had a cleaning as thorough as my initial appointment with my hygienist Chelsea, nor as clear an explanation for work I need done by Dr. White. If I'm told that I need to have something done, I'd like to know why - does that seem odd? I have more work scheduled, darn it, but it's very clear to me why it's important and the reasons for completing the work at the level proposed.
