Accommodating, friendly and a great touch! Found the front office very friendly and accommodating; even when I showed up late. Most importantly, Dr. Pool is so gentle with the dentistry work it really has me reevaluating my years with other dentists. I didn't realize how unnecessarily rough they were. And to top it off she apologized every time she pressed even a little bit hard. Also, they seem to have some new and improved tools I hadn't encountered before which pleased the techie in me. Great experience overall!

This week was my first visit to White & Poole and was BY FAR the best dental experience of my adult life! It's been about 24 hours since my visit and I can't stop telling people about how wonderful the experience was. Starting with the new client paperwork, I felt so respected and "heard." Everyone who worked with me was patient and kind, talking through each part of the process with me, and giving tips for how to do things better. The team was efficient and very respectful of my time.
