Donny Thurman and his crew were a NO SHOW. Donny called 2 days prior to confirm the Saturday morning tree job, and we seemed to be lined-up. 2+ hours after they were supposed to be on site, I called Donny. His cell phone is not set-up for voice mail. We texted, and he said that he "will call in a few minutes, I can't get my guys around today". He never called.
