I walked in and asked for a price menu and the woman im assuming was the owner with the TERRIBLE makeup said they didn’t have one. I told her I wanted a mani and pedi and throughout the duration of my time there, that woman gave me at least 5 different prices for services. I don't know how they still stay open. They don't treat their customers with a welcoming feeling. 96% of their customers are African Americans but you don't feel comfortable being there. I wish they would realize that without their business they can't stay inoperation. African American women should find somewhere to go because there are other nail salon that will welcome you and are genuinely make you feel like you belong. I wanted to like this place so bad i just came here Friday and got a color change on my toes. The lady who was doing them made them French tips very chunky and i had to keep telling her how to do them. After awhile i gave up and just settled cause im new to the area. When i spoke up about it hoping id get a new person. But they just told her what i meant and she still didn’t correct it. I paid and now my nails are chipping and paint is coming off on day 5 / 6.
