Worked with Jim Crews and he gave us a bit of the run around. Had to text and call multiple times to attempt to hear back from him. He didn't understand what we originally stated so we ended up doing a 9 hour round trip ride that totaled 12 hours on the road with an infant for nothing. If he would've been transparent at the start then we could've avoided the whole mess.
