This is a terrible business with poor customer service. I took a new Ivory suit here with two barely noticeable spots. They not only failed to remove the spots but got black marker on the back of my jacket. I didn’t notice at first because I really only looked at the spots they were supposed to remove. The suit stayed in the plastic and I noticed the black marker after get it home. I returned with the suit today and they refused to do an emergency spot clean (my wedding is tomorrow) and continued to tell me they could get it... read more
