I found Lemar by accident and he was wonderful. He removed wallpaper, smoothed the walls and painted, Also patched large and small cracks, removed carpet and tack strips. He made my Mom's house ready to sell. His communication was great and prices reasonable. I completely trusted him and his crew. Everything thing was left neat and clean.He is also very friendly and did more than I expected

contracted lemar to paint the interior of my home. He was very personable and easy going throughout the job. Finished within the time frame that we had agreed upon. He came in right after drywall work in some areas had been done, and he even went back over the drywall work(sanding, applying more mud) prior to painting. He did not have to do this because I did not hire him for the drywall work, however I was very appreciative that he did. Very good at cutting edges and trim. Work well done... He arrived on time and finished the job in one day. He painted my kitchen and dining room walls neatly. He mounted my TV's to the living room and bedroom walls. And more importantly, his prices is reasonable. I would rate L&S with a 10... It's hard finding good and honest contractor like this.This is a professional company.

L & S Painting and Repair has done excellent work on our rental properties and flips from installing drywall, floors, full bath and kitchen remodels. We hired L & S initially to paint our basement and the project grew in size. Not only did he paint our basement, but he installed a toilet, vanity, painted the kitchen and installed a new screen door. Lemar has experience with all kinds of work far above just painting and was great to work with through out the whole process.
