I had virtually no wait. Of course I scheduled for the first appointment of the day. Patient care was very compassionate. Dr Smart is obviously an expert on shoulders. I've been through this before with my other shoulder. Procedure went smoothly. Everyone I encountered was amazing.
The staff at SOS were all great. Dr Smart does a great job at listening, answering questions, and explaining all options for treatment. After seeing him for surgery a few years I knew it was the right choice to go back to see him for my current problem with my shoulder.
