Applied for a home being advertised on their website and on craigslist. I first called to inquire about the home and no one answered during their published business hours. I filled out their on-line forms and paid my $60 fee. Almost immediately all advertising for the home was pulled off the web and the home was no longer available. After calling L. Shifty people don't rent from them ................
We had nothing but problems with our 14 month rental, started with a water leak in the garage that took 1 month to fix, air conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year. Siding was being replace and for 3 months we had someone on our porch working on siding....when we gave notice we also told them about a loose handle on the microwave. They ignored that request and then took $405 out of our deposit to fix the microwave handle...would never deal with them again.
I called this property management 3 times. Left messages twice but no response. I called the 3rd time inquiring about a home I was told it was rented. No offer of another property. I asked if they had any similar properties and she said no not in that price range--I actually hadn't specified a price range- and she stated I should just bookmark their listings. WOW so that was the extent of their help or interest in doing business ??!! Horrible customer service !!!!
