Good communication with office. Easy to make an appointment. Reasonable flat rate, which I liked. No coming out to do an estimate - they just come out and clean your chimney and gas logs if you have them (included in price). Cleaners arrived on time as promised; were very neat, clean, and courteous. They did an excellent job cleaning my chimney, fireplace and gas logs; cleaned up after the job; and did not try to sell me anything! Highly recommend. Only negative is they do not take credit cards.
