RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about this place! Christie and LeAnn went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute request from us. Leann even stayed after the close of the store to finish the wristbands for us that night. It was so appreciated by the coach, the soccer team and the family that lost their precious child.

This place has everything you can personalize or simply bring your own item and choose from hundreds of colors, fonts and designs and the turn around time is fast as lightning!!!
While visiting Charlotte I had to stop in to order a monogram for my new car. This was the third one I had ordered, one for each car change. In Oregon, I'm pretty sure I'm the only one with a monogram on their car window. There isn't such a thing as a monogram shop. Well I didn't have such good luck with the new decal, it wouldn't come apart from the backing and it ended up in the garbage. I called and left a message and Cindy returned my call. I have been a loyal customer for years so I was surprised that the individuals at L&M weren't willing to help me today. I was in a pinch and needed something monogrammed over night. I was told they would have to charge me double. As someone who was picking up three items at the same time that they were telling me this it seemed ridiculous! What happened to honoring customer loyalty? I am so disappointed.
