They sell a great mower, but the customer service is horrible.I purchased a Zero turn mower and Brent ( one of the owners) convinced to buy a extended warranty that included pick up and delivery. When I uaed this I still got charged for delivery. Even better, when I questioned my bill the the other owner (Ed, Brent s father, Brent would not deal with me) said that if I paid the bill that they would go ahead and honor the warranty next time. Be careful dealing with these people. It is very sad that customer service is lost.
