I have been having uti for several months not recurring but never went away.after months of antibiotics they decided to dot ultra sound of bladder and kidneys done March 23 i received no results so I figured it was ok but today decided to check since still have symptoms April 12 .I have a cyst on kidney and noone called to let me know . Will be looking for a new physician .I wouldn't recommend this office.
My husband had an appointment at 10. He made it at 10, the office called to confirm for 10. We get there and they are telling us the appointment was at 9. That supposedly there was 3 confirmations for 9. That the next available appointment is next month. We tried to wait cause he can't wait a month. But we couldn't wait past 1. They didnt see anyone after 11, said to come back after lunch, 12. We were there for an hour more. They never called anyone to go back. They did give him a free lunch. But this is ridiculous!!!!
