They did a terrific job laying the carpet. I am very pleased with it..
Overall our experience with L & M Carpet One was very good although I was hoping for an excellent experience of course. Not knowing any better I just assumed a new floor would include removal of the existing to reveal any underlying issues, and then the increased height comes into play as well. Make sure you have a clear understanding of your agreement as I was caught off guard spending an additional $500 to have the old floors removed 10 minutes into the installation thinking this was included. L&M Carpet installers did a very professional job. They were in and out very quickly. Ashton Hyder was extremely helpful in assisting with the carpet selection. He’s very knowledgeable in carpet types.
Excellent customer service with Ashton and our installers. The new kitchen floor is great! So pleased we went with the diagonal pattern. We will definitely use L & M in the future.
