4 Star : Likely to Recommend I was not told at the time of the estimate given on my first visit that a new bumper would mean waiting for the part and then it would take 2-3 days for painting and drying. This was not explained then. I was told that if I dropped off my car on a Mon morning that I could possibly have it by Wed AM. No they needed to get the part.
