Rather than charge me the mutually agrees upon amount, they opted to make the repair free of charge. It’s nice knowing of a body shop that cares more about reputation and long term customer value than short term financial gains. 0 Star : My Experience The entire process took nearly 7 weeks. I understand there were some setbacks with parts, however I also know the car sat there for 2 weeks before any process even started. It’s frustrating to know the car sat for weeks even though I made an appointment for drop off weeks prior. On top of that, the facility smells so bad of paint, I couldn’t bear to be in the space for more than a few min. I wonder if there is proper ventilation.
