L & L did both my Living Room and Kitchen drapes. I could not be happier! They did a beautiful job, were great to work with from the design to the install stages. I will defiantly use them again and highly recommend them to everyone.
Our experience with L & L was very positive from the beginning with Nicole’s explanation of various products in the showroom, Lois coming to our home to measure windows and explain in detail our options (She spent at least 2 hours with us) and the perfect installation by Ed. After he installed he made a point to stay and explain the operation of our blinds. They gave us their expertise and made us feel very comfortable with our choices. Lois, Nicole and Ed were a pleasure to work with. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. When Lois came to our home it was clear she listened to our needs and helped us make the best decisions for our windows. The installation was efficient and excellently done. Working with the team and L & L Window Fashions was a professional experience from beginning to end. Lois came out to measure armed with samples of every color and style of plantation shutter that one could reasonably ask for. L & L Window Fashions installed motorized shades in our sunroom. The entire experience was wonderful. We first met Nicole in the showroom. She provide clear and complete answers to our questions and provided us with a quote. We later called and set up an appointment for Lois to come to the house. She arrived with samples and ideas, and we selected a product. About three weeks later, at an agreed-upon time, Ed arrived to install the shades. The entire process was smooth, and we love the shades. We could not be more pleased.
