This company is a Scam don't waste your money. Cody bribes his customers with false promises to get positive reviews. Worst sales tactics I've ever seen. The managers don't care when customers are not satisfied.
sales tactics are horrible had cody vail in our home and pushed and pushed this was a couple years ago we hate it we have but they said we only had 3 days to change our mind and I want to change our mind at i think 4 days and Manger would help now i just want the sh** out of my house since I'm stuck with the bill anyway bad bad company and sh***y sales people if i could rate it how i want to it would be a negative 10
L&L sales tactics are very very very pushy. The salesman pressured us into leaving a good Google review when he came for his initial visit and when you go out to Google you can tell that that's what they do normally because there are "highly rated". when they came to install the water filter softener system, the install tech try to upsell me and at one point they made it sound as though service was included in the purchase price which is a complete lie because we've had a couple of problems with the system and they charge $1... read more
Scam salesmen, probably also try to sell Kirby vacuums
Stay away. The system has been ok but pretty over priced if you ask me. On top of that, we would like to transfer the system to another property and were quoted at least 2500 dollars to move the system a half a mile away. Ya right they must be high, I am pretty sure we will find more competent help some place else. Don’t deal with this company.
This company called us at least once a day and I finally decided to pick up. Very insistent so I set up a time for the guy to visit our home about a week out. They said we both had to be home and we would get "Gift cards" for listening to his speil. 8:30 was our scheduled time, he showed at 8:45. He said his stuff and then said we were not on his schedule so he did not have the gift cards. He stated that I would get a confirmation e-mail the next morning that the "Gift cards" had been mailed. I have hard water and Cody Vail from L&L Systems was able to show us how we could have GOOD water to drink and help keep our home, clothes cleaner and have a healthier lifestyle. We are very satisfied with the new system we purchased.
