Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Lori was there for a "move in" clean as my husband ans I had just bought our home. She managed to completely skip the laundry room (told me she didn't even know we had one), didn't vacuum the carpets, did not clean out the dirty kitchen cabinets, and when she agreed (to my face) to wipe down the walls as they were dirty- she ducked out without touching those as well.
