I had been coming to this shop for about 5 years and trusted the owner, so I never thought I needed to double-check the work. Unfortunately, after recently doing some maintenance on my own car, I discovered several problems that were very disappointing. While changing my oil, I found that several bolts underneath the car were missing. When I replaced my brake pads, I also discovered that the caliper dust boots were damaged.
