Emplacement imbattable. Le check in se fait en autonomie avec envoi des informations (codes) 1 heure avant. Nous n'avions pas le nettoyage de la chambre quotidien et ne savions pas que nous pouvions le demander; en revanche on bénéficiait du changement des serviettes à la demande. L'hôtel est bien un 3 étoiles mais est propre et suffit pour un séjour. Je recommande.
I arrived at this place on the 4th of January, which is my check-in date, but I was there before noon. Some guy who stay there let me in there was no one at the front desk. House keeping pointed to the bathroom that the guy at the desk is in the bathroom. We waited inside for about 15 minutes when he came out he just stares at the computer when you’re trying to talk to him the place smell bad of mildew and marijuana so we decided we couldn’t stay there. Love the smell of mildew and mold? Would give ZERO stars if I could. We are STILL WAITING FOR OUR REFUND. We arrived and the AC unit on the ceiling was dripping water and the floor was soaked. The "hotel" also knocked us over with the mildew smell the second we arrived. Also there's NO ONE THERE, so we had to make a quick decision to book another hotel because there's no way we could stay there. AND THE MANAGER WILL NOT REPLY OR CALL US BACK AFTER WE HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND. THEY ARE AVOIDING US. Super terrible customer serv... read more
