My secretary always made the best red beans and rice. I could not understand why hers tasted so good, and mine so so. We compared recipes and we cooked using the same ingredients. The only difference was that she used Camellia Beans. I thought a bean was all the same and I bought the cheapest on the shelf. When I cooked using Camellia beans, I was overjoyed, that was the best pot of beans ever! Thank you for a superior grade of beans. Try cooking with Rabadeaux sausage from Iowa Louisiana. You will love it!
I think the beans are the best available. There website says they are available at HEB and Walmart. I have yet to find these products at either store.
