I like them all but the red kidney beans are the only ones that cook right
Just ordered my first bag of Red Beans and haven't made Red Beans & Rice yet, but soon. Have read many praises of Camellia Beans.
Monday's Red Beans and Rice were delicious! This time I added smoked ham. Sometimes sausage. Always good.
