I filled an application $150 to rent a store in Longwood it was approved same day Friday the next day Saturday I asked to see a sample of the lease before I give the deposit equal to one month rent instead of the realtor sending a sample of the lease Monday he sent an email he rescinded my application . He changed his mind because i didn’t give the deposit to take the listing of the market . This deposit I would loose if I didn’t like the terms of the lease . So be careful
