CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! Larry was hired to regrade and spread stone on my gravel road for an estimated price of $4000-$5000 with the understanding that the job would be time and materials. Shady business practices, resulting in over $2170 overcharge Initial estimate to regrade and gravel our dirt road in Shepherdstown, WV was $4000. The work done was adequate; it met our needs, but wasn't done particularly fast (they worked Tue, Wed, and Fri) or particularly well (they neeeded to be told where several spots needed regrading, and several spots on the side of the road were ungraveled at the end of the job).
