Unprofessional – I was using them to look at a refrigerator for one of my rental properties. I made an appointment and gave their number to my tenant to call them in case something changed. I also gave the tenant's number to them in case they had to change the appointment as well. Both parties knew how to get a hold of each other and they knew that they may be getting a call from one another. When L&G did not arrive at the allotted time my tenant called them. Call if you like to be cursed at! UNPROFESSIONAL – INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! We used them for our property management company to service appliances for tenants. We had scheduled Tony to go look at a dishwasher (Usually we dealt with the wife Denise). He had a scheduling conflict with the tenant and when we called to find out when he would be there he started dropping the f bomb and calling the office girl all kinds of awful foul names. Great Service!!!! – This company was honest and did not try to ripp me off by ordering parts I really didn't need, like a competitor tried to do. I would recommend Josh to any one!!
