Their service STINKS! My Tenant sat there for 2 hours, and they never showed OR called. If you love being stiffed for a few hours out of your busy day, you'll LOVE L&G!

My washer is broken, it needs to change the drain pump. Tony came to my house to fix it. It's new type samsung, it's not so easy to do it with our limited space, while Tony is very good technician, honest, responsible, hard-working. highly recommended.

My refrigerator was running but freezer stopped getting cold enough. Called a couple places that refused to troubleshoot it over the phone at all and wanted $140-300 for the trip, diagnosis, and probable repair. Then I found Denise at L&G who connected me with Tony, who took 5 minutes out of his busy schedule to talk it through with me and helped me find an obstruction in the fan that was supposed to be blowing on the condenser. I would recommend L & G Appliance to anyone. I have used their services a number of times at different properties that I manage around Denver. They are efficient and speedy every time. Once they get the product name and type from you, they bring all the parts to fix your appliance on the spot in no-time. They are also very honest and fair in their pricing, and truly believe in what's best for the customer.

My copper line broke on my fridge. Found them from my neighbor that had used them back in 2010. So I called. Took a few days for them to get to me because it wasn't exatly an emergency. They gave me some options, ordered the part and did the job quickly. I paid a small service fee but the labor and parts were really reasonable. I will use them again. I found them on Angie's List to which I had just joined this month.

Great experience. Refrigerator stopped cooling this last week and wasn't sure who I should call. Noticed my freezer fan wasn't running so i called around for a few phone quotes. Some companies refused to give me a quote over the phone or couldn't make it out for nearly a week, but the ones i did find ranged from 250-350 dollar quotes. Found L & G Appliance on the BBB with a an (A) rating. Scheduled an appointment and they showed up that same day within 2 hours of my call, installed a new fan motor for just under 120 dollars.... read more

They seemed fine. They needed to order a part. when they called they said it would be over a week. I called around and found the part at 50% less than their price. They told me they wouldn't install it. THEN when another company came to install it it turned out I didn't even need the part. SO I'm left wondering if they would just have installed it and never told me I didn't need it - that some thing had just come loose. With a bible and cross on their business card they need to go some to meet that declaration!!!!

Amazing experience. We had our furnace go out in the middle of the nite, and we have a newborn. we called several companies to no avail. L & G came out within 2 hours and repaired our furnace for $109. The then instructed us on the proper maintianance of our furnace. Very polite likable and knowledgable.
