This company has poor communication, and does not take into consideration the hard work their employees do to make up for the poor communication that they provide . Hours worked can change within a day's notice and are not guaranteed. If you seperate from the company with a 2 week notice, be prepared it will possibly not be honored even if they tell you verbally over the phone that it will be and you make arrangements on your end but they don't hold up their end which is terrible.
