I didn’t realize that Dr. Mason had another office in Gulf Shores besides the Foley office and they were all very nice about me being late to get back to the doctor there! Dr. Mason seems to think that I have another problem besides the one I thought it was
I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Mason’s office. The staff was incredibly friendly and cheerful, making me feel welcome from the start. I was seen quickly, and Dr. Mason took the time to listen to my concerns. He was kind, knowledgeable, and immediately identified the issue. Everything was explained clearly, and I left feeling confident about my healing process. I highly recommend Dr. Mason and his team for their excellent care!
Only giving a 3 star for staff they were very nice, Dr. Mason on the other hand was not so nice, . He didn't take the time to listen to what I had going on, he pretty much brushed me off...
Explained everything. I was not rushed. Friendly.
