Wowzer, wowzer, wowzer! Mark and Jacob did an awesome job on installing my gas water heater. They were on time, professional and courteous. I absolutely love my new water heater. The job that they did look so neat, actually it look better than the past job that was done on my old water heater. He also gave me some good advice concerning another issue that I have. I love you guys, thank you, thank you. thank you. L. D. Smith plumbing, thank you. It was a job well done.

L.D. Smith did a great job replacing our water heaters. We recently had them back out to repair our sump pump and relocate a clogged discharge line. They did a poor job resulting in $2000 of damage to our irrigation system, which they did not reimburse us. The relocated sump discharge flooded our yard, and we eventually had to hire another company to repair the damage. Smith did offer to do the remediation work for a reduced fee, but we have lost all confidence in their work and integrity.

Austin was amazing. He arrived on time and gave me a fair price after discovering the problem with simpler than what I originally determined. It’s always good to have a trustworthy business because he could’ve easily told me something else was wrong and I would not have known the difference. I would highly recommend.
