I had such a lovely experience today with the help of Joanna! Before coming, I visited many other stores and wasn't able to find a size 5 jade ring and didn't get that much help from the other places. She was very kind, friendly and patient as I was very choosy and ended up getting a silver ring instead. She helped me figure out my ring size (which I've never done because I don't really wear rings) and also accommodated my partner who also wanted a matching ring.
