I had such a lovely experience today with the help of Joanna! Before coming, I visited many other stores and wasn't able to find a size 5 jade ring and didn't get that much help from the other places. She was very kind, friendly and patient as I was very choosy and ended up getting a silver ring instead. She helped me figure out my ring size (which I've never done because I don't really wear rings) and also accommodated my partner who also wanted a matching ring. I visited today and last Saturday. They are open! 🙂 I think their hours are at least 12:30pm-6pm seven days a week but call to confirm. Really friendly and helpful business owners and a nice variety of jewelry to choose from. I bought a bracelet and earrings for my wife last Saturday for Valentine’s and we stopped in today to exchange them for a jade pendant and 14k gold chain necklace. My wife is really happy and loves it, so glad the exchange was easy and there was lots to choose from. Thanks!
