I cannot give these guys a good review. They came out and looked at our project. Said they could do it. They did the original engineering and then they’ve ghosted us. And i have since spoken with another business where the same thing happened to them with LB Engineering.
Lennie is absolutely the best! This was my first large scale home addition. He was avaliable, patient and thorough as I struggled through the multitude of hurdles and changes as my project evolved. Highly recommend.
over engineering costs money. for a low seismic zone, these details are unnecessary for a small residential project.
