Excellent service!! 100% recommend. Our A/C unit broke down during the hottest days last week, Mr. Barrera was very kind and understanding and he went above and beyond to help us so that my kids didn't have to spend more time without a/c...he was supposed to leave for a conference at San Antonio but even then he spent most of the day finishing the installation of the a/c unit before leaving. We are very thankful for his help and the great work he did during the installation.
Last winter, when my family’s heater suddenly stopped working, Albert from L & B HVAC helped us out! He and his technician arrived promptly and immediately got to work diagnosing the issue. Albert’s professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were truly impressive. It’s clear that he’s passionate about his craft. Adalberto, was fantastic to help with a water leak caused by the AC water pump. We were lucky that he was able to come fix the issue at 9PM on a Saturday night as we were celebrating a family event so the house was full of relatives. He kindly took the time to not only resolve the problem, but also show and explain it. After the service was done we discussed a strategy make additional wear and tear and maintenance repairs.
