I just want to start off by saying that dr Alexov is very nice, but his receptionist the Filipina lady is sooooo rude and unprofessional!!! My mother always has a hard time with her to the point that this lady has yelled at my mother and made comments to her and hung up on her on numerous occasions!! Why does she still work here! and even with booking my mom appointments she always gives her appointments to see dr Alexov in more than a months time. Good doctor. Absolutely horrible receptionist.
Dr.Alexov is a good doctor! He's been my family doctor for over 32 years, however this current receptionist is extremely rude and disrespectful. She lacks phone mannerism. I had left a voicemail and she calls back the next day and I quote "you called" well yes I did call since you clearly got the voicemail and called me back and in the voicemail I clearly stated I wanted an appointment.
