🔴I wouldn't ever recommend. I was a new costumer gave them a try after a poor review history and soon as I walked into salon not greet me, not friendly none of the 4 woman I seen. They can't do a stellito shape nail so BEWARE when they say that yes we can. Rushing me to find color The owner is unpleasant and appearing she didn't care when I told her softly she was rude. Friends nails were filed way too short because the technician did not know how to do rounded tips. After taking over, the person in charge, admitted that the tech didn't know how to do the nails. Seeing how upset my friend was with her nails never apologized nor gave any compensation. Will not return with that kind of customer service.
I walk in tell them I want a gel manicure, they ask me 3 times pedicure, like they were trying to get me to get one by keep asking, so I sit in the manicure chair and I tell her I want short point, she didn’t understand what that meant, she filed my cuticle til it bleed on two fingers and after it was already cut she kept going over the cut with the dermal. The chairs there are horrible to sit on, you can’t lean back and relax with the nail tech pulling your arm to get you to sit up when I’m there to relax, she could of love... read more
