Ann is the absolute best. She is always so patient with explaining everything and her work is simply amazing.
brought my girl in for a pedicure, she says Marissa did her nails exactly how she wanted! very satisfied with service, the place also looked very clean and tidy. would definitely recommend!
I sent the wife here to get something nice for herself, she said it was an incredibly relaxing and professional experience. I looked at the other reviews, and asked about the employees, and she said the new owner is really nice and showed very positive customer service. I'm leaving this comment because she has been really nice to me, and was in such a good mood today she made my favourite meal. Pamper your wives lads, Its night and day! Her nails also look very nice!
Terrible service. I got bio nails - on over and over suggestion - okay fine. The work station was covered in grit, no towel, no wrist rest, all used equipment. No soaking nails, so hand scrub, no cream - I had just come from the gym and under my nails were actually a little dirty, did not even scrap under nails, the dirt is still there. Worst treatment at LA Nails ever! I took my kids for a polish and was charged $50 each kid! I'm still floored! My 3 year olds feet didn't even touch the water basin and she had polish put on her hands and feet. My 6 year old had polish put on her hands. The kids did not have a massage as Kim insisted they did. I was beside them the whole time. The prices for kids are not posted but I have never paid more than $20-$25 for polish to be applied to my kids. My whole pedicure was $38 that came with a massage and a foot scrub. Tha... read more
