They have the worse customer service. You walk in and they don’t even acknowledge you. Take people that walk in after you and basically act like it’s a chore to do your nails. Never will be back
for my birthday, i treated myself and my mom to a nail date at L.A. Nails as we’ve never been there before. i had the BEST experience!!! the linework is incredible, and my artist was incredibly sweet. every employee made me feel special and hyped me up for my bday :) 10/10 will return
Went in as a last resort to get my acrylics soaked off and a simple manicure after. The man who did them was not really present at all during the whole service, and shamed me for coming in the get my nails soaked off when they didn’t do them. Was grateful they removed them anyway, but ended up with a half-assed manicure after where it looks like I’ve had these done for two weeks cause my cuticles look so rough. They did so good! I can’t stop looking at my nails! I had a scheduled appointment for a manicure at 10 am and was done by 10:30! It was so great! The man who worked there was so friendly to all of his returning customers and that makes me happy cause he remembers and cares about his customers!
