Everytime I call LA Limos I get curteous and knowledgeable staff ready to help. We planned a big event with multiple venues they can took the stress away of safely getting everyone where they needed to be. They planned and executed an amazing shuttle schedule that got our families and honored guests from over 21 other communities to our Tribal Journey celebration in July this year. Thank you.

We hired a shuttle and limo for our wedding from Hotel Grand Pacific to Hatley Castle. The shuttle was not at the contracted point of pickup on Bellvue St. Several of our guests missed the shuttle as a result. 7 out of 17 guests missed the shuttle. Our quote had the Bellvue address and coordinator confirmed the pickup location on Bellvue st. a couple days prior to the event. When you encounter an issue with the service provided (e.g., LA Limos not properly honouring their contract) and you give them three weeks to respond, ample opportunity to make things right, you get a response drafted by ChatGPT with no real solution. This is my second review for LA Limos as I pulled my first negative one in act of good will and good faith so we could work things out. Our limo driver was so amazing on our wedding day! We ran into bad traffic, and his skilled driving helped us get through a stressful situation smoothly. We were so thankful for him getting us to the wedding on time. He truly made a big difference for us on such an important day. Highly recommend!!

I would like to reiterate the previous review. We used LA Limos for our wedding. We paid for a luxury experience, and they did not properly honour their contract with us. They changed the pick up location without proper communication and when confronted on this they tried to gaslight us into saying it was somehow our fault as well. They simply offered reimbursement for an uber ride, but that obviously shows how out of touch they are.
