I've been going to KZ therapy for almost two years since August of 2023 and have been with two therapists in that time, an intern and the founder, and I have nothing but great things to say. I've gotten so much support with my mental health and I always leave feeling happy. There are therapy animals and they really make the therapy all the better. Without any warning I was told that my therapist was no longer with KZ therapy and was given no way to contact her or continue receiving care after almost a year together. It was made clear to me that it was not my therapist's choice to leave, nor were there issues with clients that would warrant her removal. I am extremely disappointed that I was not given the chance to follow my therapist, nor was she given the opportunity to reach out to her clients.
