I never have to wait very long when I go see her, she is always so curteos and patient, and seems to address you and your issues......
I've so far had a really great experience. They seem to have figured out how to give you the best experience that a Drs appt can actually bring. I get great care with excellent follow up. I really feel cared about in regards to my health. I'm not just a number. I feel like they listen open minded. I like Dr. Kywona Bernard, she and her team are very attentive, very professional and I never have to wait to see her. Plus Dr. Bernard asks good questions in order to get at root of the problem.
The doctor was very interested in what I had to say about what was going on with me. She was a tentative she sat, and she listened. She spoke and I listen. She also sent me to specialist that I absolutely needed to see it was a personalized visit that went great. She’s a great doctor.
Im always pleased when I go there. Everyone is kind helpful in making sure everything went well.
