Our server Diana was amazing! She was so attentive, sweet, and really knew the menu. We ended up getting everything she recommended and it was the perfect amount. She made the whole experience even better with her great energy and service. Definitely coming back!
Without question, KYU is my favorite restaurant in Miami. Every visit confirms it.The beef short rib is absolutely phenomenal. Perfectly cooked, rich, tender, and packed with flavor. This place is ridiculous. Made a reservation for 8:45pm, arrived 5min before and was told I had to wait 40min for a table even though I had a reservation. Waited around 40min and was told there were still several people with 8pm reservations ahead of me. Will not be coming back.
The wait for the table was long, might even say it was getting a little irritating. Once seated, our server Victoria completely turned the experience around. She was incredibly attentive, warm, & professional. She acknowledged the wait, checked on us often and made sure everything came out quickly & correctly. Her positive attitude truly made a difference, and the cauliflower was amazing! We’ll definitely come back — hope to get lucky with Victoria again!
